Vinification: simple pergola at 450m above sea level, clayey soil with the presence of skeleton. Vinification from dried grapes in crates for 2/3 months, long maceration of the skins, racking of the skins without pressing, aging 24/30 months in 350l oak followed by 2/3 months in pre-marketing bottle

Sensory Notes: cherry and black cherry on the palate, structured and intense
