Grapes: corvina 65, rondinella 25, molinara 10
Vinification: double Veronese pergola on marly soil at about 400m above sea level. Vinification without sulphites, healthy grapes, maceration for about 15 days, aging in steel followed by 12/14 months in terracotta amphorae
Sensory Notes: red fruits and pomegranate, medium structure and dry tannin softened by the amphora, savory, mineral, spicy note
Pairings: excellent with carbonara or elaborate first courses
