Soil: clayey soil, north facing at 220m above sea level

Vinification: manual harvesting, drying of the grapes in the loft, fermentation in steel and aging for 24 months in oak. The wine remains sweet for a natural block of fermentation.

Sensory Notes: plum, berries, blackcurrant jam, sweet spiciness, notes of vanilla and violets
