Vinification: simple Trentino pergola on clayey and marly skeletal soils located at 450m above sea level. Traditional white vinification in a reduced environment, aging on fine lees for a few months in steel
Sensory Notes: tropical hints and elderflower on the nose, citrus note on the palate and savory sensations and good acidity
Pairings: accompanies fatty dishes with vegetable notes, excellent with tench risotto
