This particular balsamic dressing is aged exclusively in fine barrels of 6 different woods (oak, chestnut, juniper, walnut wood, cherry, ash) for 20 years. The wood of each barrel is very aromatic and gives the product an ideal sweetness to accompany cheeses, desserts, fruit salad and vanilla ice cream.
