Soil: 'Anam' is a selection of Trebbiano, the fruit of the oldest and highest vines at 355 meters above sea level.

Vinification: Anam represents the second variety par excellence of this land: Trebbiano. In this bottle, Filippo enhances the 2018 vintage with a 5-day maceration on the skins in a steel tank, leaving it to ferment spontaneously. Finally, it remains on the fine lees in steel until it is time to bottle it. A great wine, with an amber color and scents of the field; brings back to simplicity and to the grape, transmitting the great potential of this variety.
